The audit
We look at what you actually have, rather than what the documentation says you have: your infrastructure, how it is secured, what it costs, what it depends on and where it is fragile.
The action plan
You get a plan you can act on, in priority order: what to fix first, why, and what it will take. It is yours whether or not you ask us to carry out any of it.
Stabilize and secure
Most environments need the same order of work. Stop the recurring failures, close the exposures that matter, then build on something steady. We can do that work alongside your team or leave you the plan to run yourselves.
Bringing assets back in house
Outsourcing and public cloud are often the right answer, and we will say so when they are. Where they are not, we show what moving back would take and help you do it, using on-premises pods and secure storage if they fit.
